SR1 ROBOTICS

Donate
Our robotics program is 100% free for students, which is possible only because of the generous support from our community, sponsors, and volunteers. By supporting SR1’s robotics team, you’re not just funding a robot – you’re investing in the future of Mississippi’s youth. There are many ways to help our mission of expanding STEM education. Together, we can keep offering life-changing opportunities for kids who might not otherwise have access to high-quality tech programs.
Ways to Support SR1 Robotics
Your financial contributions directly empower our students. Donations help us purchase robot kits, tools, laptops, competition fees, travel costs, and classroom supplies for our younger clubs. Every dollar makes a difference. For example, a $50 gift might buy new sensors for the robot, and a larger gift could sponsor a student’s entire season (including materials and travel) – ensuring no student is turned away due to cost. All donations are tax-deductible and go toward providing “the highest level of college access and success” for Mississippi students
Donate Online
The quickest way to give is via the SR1 Tech Donation page. Be sure to designate “Robotics Project” if possible. You can also mail checks to SR1 Robotics at our Ridgeland address (369 Towne Center Blvd, Ridgeland, MS 39157). We appreciate gifts of any size – from $5 to $5,000 – they all contribute to our “gift of hope” for these students.

In-Kind Donations: Donate tools, laptops, 3D printers, or snacks for team meetings—your extra supplies can inspire future engineers.

Facilities & Services: Offer practice space, machine shop access, or printing services. Past partners have provided tours, tools, and banners that enhanced student learning.

Expert Workshops: Share your expertise through one-time sessions on topics like robotics, coding, or financial literacy—show students the real-world side of STEM.

Sponsorships: Support our team or events and get recognized on our website, banners, and shirts. Sponsorships spotlight your commitment to education and diversity in STEM.
